I love this eyeliner!  It goes on so easy, and stays put.  My order took a little longer than expected due to unforeseen reasons.  I received a handwritten apology and thank on my receipt!  It was so nice to see tge personal care that goes into the products and business.

I ordered 5 pencils. They came more promptly than I anticipated with just standard shipping. I think in about one week (or less) from time of order placement. I like the pencils. The one slight criticism is that they are a bit hard, so tug somewhat at the eyelid while applying. I LOVE that they are vegan, as I am an avid creature/creation lover.
