How do I return an item?

Our Return Policy:

DAMAGED or INCORRECT items - We suggest that you always check and inspect your items as soon as they arrive. This ensures that you received the correct items and that nothing is damaged. If your products are damaged in transit or if you receive the wrong item, we will happily send you the correct items.


We ask that you please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order to report any problems. When contacting us about an order you placed, please include the Order Number, Your Full Name, Date and Detailed Explanation of the problem to: customerservice@fiorminerals.com

Due to the nature of the products and our artisan hand made process we do not accept returns on used items. We will accept returns on orders that have NOT been opened and is still in the original packaging within 30 days.

If there is problem with one of our products, please contact us and we will try to help! We understand that buying online can sometimes be difficult and we want to make sure you have the best products and shades for skin! Please contact us and email our customer service before sending your order back. This eliminates confusion and will make the return process faster and smoother.
